NAZ Bearings® combines MENATEK’s bearing engineering, precision manufacturing and validation capabilities with DuPont's advanced material technology. The resulting self-lubricating composite architecture is engineered to support high-load capacity, low friction, wear resistance and reliable performance across demanding operating environments.

NAZ Bearings® are validated using dedicated test systems capable of quasi-static and dynamic loading, high-frequency cycling, temperature exposure and abrasive contamination testing. Application-specific test programs evaluate wear, friction, load capacity, play, breakaway torque, endurance and operational reliability under representative service conditions.

The NAZ Bearings® liner architecture incorporates two complementary self-lubricating mechanisms designed to maintain a low-friction interface, reduce wear and support reliable motion throughout extended service under high loads.

Dedicated production lines, high-precision machining and controlled inspection processes enable dimensional accuracy down to 5 µm on critical bearing features where application requirements demand it.

In this context, as the data controller, we have prepared the following Privacy Notice in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 (“the Act” or “KVKK”), to inform you about the personal data processed, the methods and legal grounds for collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties to whom your data may be transferred, and your rights as a data subject.

Data Controller

In accordance with the KVKK, as the Company, acting in the capacity of data controller, we may process, record, store, classify, update and, where permitted by legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed, disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

On the Menatek website (https://www.menatek.com.tr/tr/iletisim/), the name, surname, email address, telephone number (if provided), country of residence, and any information in the message section of the contact form (where such information contains personal data) will be processed in accordance with Article 5(2)(f) of KVKK “Where the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, and are stored securely in electronic form for an appropriate period of time.

Your first name, surname, email address and, if provided, your telephone number are processed on the basis of your explicit consent and are stored securely in physical or electronic form for a period appropriate to the purposes of processing, for the purpose of contacting you with commercial communications.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data, processed for the purposes outlined above, may be transferred to, shared with, and/or access to your personal data may be granted to the persons listed below, in accordance with the fundamental principles set out in KVKK and within the scope of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data specified in Article 8 of the KVKK.

The data you have shared via the contact form is shared with the relevant third-party service providers on the legal basis set out in Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK: “Where the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, as the website services are provided by third-party service providers.

NOTICE REGARDING THE SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, a commercial electronic message refers to messages containing data, sound and images sent for commercial purposes via electronic means, such as telephone, call centres, fax, automatic dialing machines, intelligent voice recording systems, email and short message service.
